The stockroom tab is used to prepare a qualitative analysis experiment by selecting a known or unknown compound of a chemical group. The compound is chosen by selecting a functional group in the stockroom tab, which then expands the group with the available knowns and unknown for that functional group. Note that the Natural Product group does not have an assigned unknown, and the General Unknown group has a single unknown assigned from the entire list of possible unknowns. Clicking on the name of the compound or unknown will automatically add it to the flask on the lab bench and analytical methods can be performed. To confirm the contents of the flask, hover over the flask on the lab bench and a label will pop up indicating the flask contents. Once a compound has been added, the Live Data tab can be used to view the compounds boiling point, %C, %H, and the results of any analytical tests performed.
