Definitely!

The purpose of the virtual labs is to create an open-ended environment that allows students to do science without being artificially funnelled down certain paths because of the limitations of the simulation engine.

Beyond Labz has provided a set of lab activities or worksheets for each lab product and for different education levels. These worksheets cover a wide swath of typical curriculums, but they represent a small fraction of the myriad of different experiments and science that can be explored.

Our Save State function allows you to set up the lab however you want it configured and then just save a hyperlink to that exact point that you can then send out to your students, along with whatever procedure instructions you want them to follow.

The Assignments menu also allows you to custom configure saved state links to turn off or on certain functionality for your students- like access to a pH meter, or to limit access to the spectral library. You can also create Custom Assigned Unknowns there, so you can give your students exactly the type of unknowns you want to assess them with.

The Beyond Labz virtual labs are truly an unlimited resource, and we hope teachers, instructors, and professors take advantage and develop their own experiments and laboratory experiences for their students.
